Set of barbels and weights around 120 pounds, I weigh 132 pounds. Thought my arms would break off at the shoulder.
The most weight over a period of time was when I helped my dad build a cinderblock fence. About a dozen cement bags.

Well when I lifted I would do 1000 pound leg presses, but to pick up I would have to say 400 lbs. I'm a Steelworker
