I did some research and i understand it has to do with negative g forces.

But lets assume that its just a regular blackout or a grey out. Why am i experiencing this when nobody else around me, or any of my friends do? Am i weaker than them? Does it mean i have a weaker heart? Or is something wrong with my blood vessels?

i am a 20 yr old male by the way, and have no health problems. i get physicals and am in perfect shape. no allergies or anything. perfect.

whats the deal with this red/blackout thing?

Negative g's force blood toward the head; positive g's force blood away from your head. The red out comes from the blood getting so full in your eye vessels that you can see it. The black out comes when the blood is forced out of your head and you lose consciousness. If you are on a rollercoaster that causes your feet to be in the center of a loop, you will experience neg g's and possibly red out. If your head is at the center of the loop, you will experience positive g's and possibly black out--not likely on most all rides. You really should see a dr about those red outs, though. Can point to a circulatory problem...

The G force on coasters make the brain 'squeeze' against the inside of the human skull.
This can cause 'pooling' of blood in the eyeballs thereby causing you to see read because the light from outside that is travelling through your eyes actually is going through blood that has gathered in the aqueous and vitreous liquids in the eyeball.
It's a matter of the blood pressure, caused by the 'g' forces of the coaster in your head, being too high for the blood vessels in your eyes to handle.
I'd stay off coasters that cause this if I were you.

eveybody is built a little differently, so the g forces probably affect you in ways they dont for other people. I have heard of seeing red, though, when a rush of blood enters your head so fast that it colors your vision temporarily. if you look toward the sun with your eyes closed you will see red because of the blood in your eyelids. so its kind of like taht, exept the blood is in your eyes, or some part of your vision center. i guess. I always wondered why you see intricate geometric patterns when you put pressure on your closed eyes, tho.
