These are the fastest PCI video cards available: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?Category=38&N=2010380048+1069609642+1305520549+1068309611&Submit=ENE&SubCategory=48 They're definitely not fast, compared to what's available for newer PC's, but they will definitely be much faster than your onboard video.

I would also recommend you grab some more RAM for your computer. 256 MB isn't enough for any game that has come out in the last 3 or 4 years. I'd recommend adding a 512 MB stick. Here's a link to a cheap place to buy any type of RAM: http://www.newegg.com/ProductSort/SubCategory.asp?SubCategory=147

Riser playing cards are used to positioned enlargement slots in a configuration so that they are going to lay parallel to the motherboard - sensible in spacesaver or pc situations without using a 1/2-height card. If riser playing cards now convert PCI to PCI teach, then it quite is information to me, and that i heavily doubt that you would possibly want to get a similar throughput as there might want to be a difficulty on the bus.
