Only a GOOD plastic surgeon can tell you!!!
He/she can also show you a computer-simulation in advance on how your face is probably going to look like after surgery. (mind you, first of all they can't garantee you your face will look exactly the way you like to have it....they can only tell you what it "probably" will look like.
Further more : don't be mistaken, what you're asking for is major surgery.....and every surgery holds a risk, be it during surgery, or an infection or something else afterwards.
And last but not least : after you've had the surgery, do NOT expect your face to be like you want it : you'll have to wait a few months up to a half year for the swelling to completely vanish, before you can see the FINAL result! So don't be disappointed if at first you don't see what you'd like to see....any good plastic surgeon will tell you all of this)

Good luck!

OMG! I need that!
I want my face bones to be proportioned differently!
But I am too scared of the cost, pain, discomfort, time off, criticism (like I need more of it!) and side-effects/possibility of it being wrecked even more!

Instead, with my Body Dysmorphic Disorder, I try and chisel it down with my nails....and destroy my face! I am sick & stupid.
That GOD it heals!
