It's not spelling, it's words that mean close to the same thing, but the sentences aren't quite right. The word choices are just slightly off.
30. "Did you **INFER** from my comments..." To imply means that the speaker meant something but didn't say it. It's up to the listener to infer or read between the lines. The words "from my comments" means that there was already an implication made, and that the listener needed to infer the right meaning by reading between the lines.
31. ... a **CAUSTIC** comment... or maybe a "casual" comment... but there's no such thing as a "causal" comment -- just doesn't make sense. A caustic comment is an insult, something that would provoke a fist fight. Or if someone speaks without thinking, a casual comment or slip of the tongue might provoke a fistfight. So either "caustic" or (unthinkingly) "casual" would work here.
32. There's nothing wrong with the spelling of this sentence, but it is a very clever way of saying that if you spit on the ground here, you won't be very welcome... you won't "rate" with people who live or work there.
Hope this helps. Cheers, K

I see problems with sentence structure in 30 and 32, but the only spelling error I see is in 31, causal should be "casual".

For 30 and 31, see Dianamite's answer.
For 32, switch "expectorate" with "expect to rate".
