Assuming it is a sink in a bathroom or a kitchen, there is a funny shaped pipe under the sink that drops low then goes right back up before leveling out and exiting through the wall. The diamond is probably in that low part in the pipe. Get a bucket or something to catch the water, then unscrew the part nearest to the bottom of the sink. Once disconnected, you should be able to rotate it downward into the bucket. Hopefully your diamond will fall out, along with some water, hair and other gunky stuff trapped in there. Good luck.

Turn off the water immediately- if it was in the shower, sorry can't help you, but if it fell down a sink you can hopefully still get it back. The pipes under sinks have what is called a U bend, where the pipe goes down from the drain hole, goes back up to make a U and then goes back down. Close the pipe off- there is usually a knob you tighten and tehn open the pipe near the u bend and see if your ring is trapped in there.

Depends on the diamond... But if it were me... I would be ripping out the pipes under the drain, till I found it. Defently don't turn on the water. And depends on if it was the sink, shower, or tub. Some houses Have trash catchers in the pipes.... But be warned the Smell can be unberable... And if all possible call a plumber.....

is it the kitchen or bathroom sink, if it is then all you have to do is remove the U shaped elbow joint that is usually in the middle of your drain pipe and dig it out, because things like rings and stuff are heavy they sometimes get caught in the elbow joint. if it is your bathtub sink then you may have to call a plumber, and if that don't work i hope it was insured and you have an understanding husband or boyfriend
