what opitions is there with a lease and what ways are there to get around the 12 month issue

depends where you live now..if your in the states then its no problem..just go to the driving licenece center and apply for residence..give them some i.d and your new adress...should recieve your floridians residence card in a couple of weeks

This is an easy one:

All you need to do is register your car in Florida, Register to vote in Florida & Get a bellsouth phone #.

There is no state income tax, so don't worry too much about the state getting involved.

In the event of an IRS audit, you have your proof of residency.

Plus, we no longer have the Intangible tax, so we are more of a tax efficient state.
