Al Gore goes over to Saudi Arabia and tells them the Govt. abused muslims after 9/11. When asked what he meant he said the govt. kicked anyone with expired visas out of the country ... and that's abuse? Then, John Kerry said our troops were terrorizing Iraqi women and children.

Even democrats, like Toby Keith, get embarrassed about thier party's unethical partisanship. Toby Keith said:
I consider myself a conservative democrat and I am often embarrassed for my party. George W. got my endorsement and I performed for him the night before his re-election, because he asked me to. He's got the toughest job on the planet and I will support my President.

First of all: Thank you for your service to our country!
In my opinion the folks who call themselves democrats are not the same democrats of old. Remember Zell Miller? That was a true democrat. Toby Keith (and you) have a reason to be embarassed by some of the BS that (so-called) democrats spout now. I can't believe how many kooks there are out there who actually think the government carried out 9/11. They actually state is as a fact!!! I could not live in a country where I believed the leaders capable of such atrocities

This would not have happened if W didn't start the war in Iraq. So whatever bad mouthing is going on, it is part of the democratic process. God knows the Republicans do everything they can to embarrass Democrats so turnabout is fairplay. The soldiers, in case you haven't figured it out yet, are just pawns. You can support the president but your eyes are closed and you aren't thinking for yourself - or the country. Do you not get that this administration has lied to us for 6 years about everything? The only reason he has not been impeached is because the Republicans control both Houses.

I think you've been claiming membership in the wrong party, pal. Everyone who follows politics in any serious way knows that the Republicans are the party that goes for the jugular and we Democrats are just "weak as water". W's boy Rove has made an art of turning good men/women's records against them in an outright evil way. Toby Keith is not the experienced statesman whom I look to for whom to support. Every tyrant and dictator in history has had sycophants to "supported" their rule.

I have nothing but respect for our representatives who actually tell the truth and try to hold us accountable for what is being done around the world in our name. Bush and Co. have devastated our reputation globally with their arrogant bullying and forfeited every bit of goodwill and sympathy that we had after the 9/11 attacks.

My hope is that the Democrats will be able to come up with viable presidential/vice- presidential candidates in the next two years and put an end to the soulless rule of the Republicans.

I encourage anyone who wants to help turn the fools out in the November 2006 elections to contact www.moveon.org and volunteer to help right now.

I'm not completely supportive of Bush, though I do like how he's pro life, against homosexuality, and opts stem cell research. He does need to do something about the enviroment though, and I can't help but think that Iraq had something but not everything to do with oil.

You're right. Democrats are wacked. What Al Gore did made him a traitor. I understand that we have killed civilians, but no war comes without a price. John Kerry had voted for the war when the president asked for permission, but later went into how we were unprepared. That's just BS.

Stay a conservative. God Bless!

They keep bashing the troops and the war because the president is Republican; they criticize the country to get the masses to feel discouraged about the leadership and hopefully people will feel a Demogod - I I I mean Democrat will have the solutions. Politics is dirty.

Democrats for the longest time have supported Communism and socialism. Since the 60's, they have been working hard to turn this country to communism.
