Depending upon what the label says some should only be left on for a short time because they can actually begin to irritate the skin, others such as Mint Julib Mud Mask, you can put that on just your problems areas over night!

You can or can't sleep with a face maske on? Either way you'll get over it once you get used to having something on your face while you're trying to fall to sleep -

On the directions for most masks it says leave them on for 15 minutes.
You should probably read the directions.. although, wouldn't it make a mess on your pillow?

you can if you want, but moisturize in the morning or else your face will be dry. or you can just leave it on for as long as the directions say. either one works.

yes you can but make sure to moisturize when you take it off!!! i find that it works really well better than leaven it on for 10 mins or so...
