we were at a movie last night- I've known him since 3rd grade, and we are highschool freshmen now. We were REALLY close friends....but i was very angry when he tried to kiss me. eww...i don't like him like that!!!
We were NEVER anything more than friends! honestly, never ever. he could have been any girl in that we were very close without being sexual.
i'm shocked and sad that he's changed somewhat.
Should i get over it ? Or should i force out an apology? i'm so confused! that kiss was wierd...:(

He is still your friend, you need to just clarify that is all you are. I am sure he knows by your reaction that he did not make a smart move. But what he did was natural for a guy that likes a girl and if he is your friend and once he gets over his embarrasement you both will be fine. Next time turn your head when you see a set of unwanted lips heading your way. =)

You should definitely talk to him about it or he may try it again. Just tell him that you like him a lot but just don't feel that way about him. Tell him that it made you feel awkward and you wish that he wouldn't do that again. After you all have discussed it just let it go. If you continously dwell on it, it could put a wedge in your friendship. But.......after speaking your mind he tries it again then he doesn't really respect you or your friendship and you should consider cutting your ties with him as hard as that my be.

listen sweetie..i know what you are going through! it is always weird to have a close friend mix things up like that...i never wanted to ruin a good friendship like that...but things happen some time....you should tell him how you feel...you love him enough to be friends this long...tell him you dont want to ruin your friendship with all the drama that goes along with relationships...if he respects you..he will listen...he has probably felt like doing that for a long time, and for whatever reason finally went for it!

Teenage guys can have problem understanding their feelings. This doesn't neccessarily mean he LIKES you. Tell him how you feel - if he's a gentlman, he'll apologize and you wont have to force it. But don't tell him he "could have been any girl". Just tell him your feelings are more like he's your brother. And, don't treat him any different than you've ever treated him.

Don't try to force an apology, but let him know that you are not interested in him in that way. You don't want to lose his friendship, but right now you can only be friends.

He evidently likes you and maybe thought you felt the same way. If you want to keep your friend just talk to him about it. Everybody makes mistakes.
