Buy some cotton or nit gloves and put Vaseline on your hand before you go to sleep. You can buy gloves anywhere right now since it's nearly winter. If it still doesn't go away it will be way smoother. Also, you can use a pumice stone after soaking your hands in a bowl of warm water and some foot soak.

I've got that too. I don't really know.. I don't think it can go away. Try some lotion.
