I'm thrilled to read that you are being a responsible rider in wanting to wear a helmet--so many riders seem content with the possibility of being killed or becoming a vegetable because they refuse to wear a helmet. Sure, even with a helmet, the bad stuff can still happen, but could make a difference. A helmet saved my brother from severe brain injury in a motorcycle wreck. I urge you to get a helmet that offers full face protection, as well as the given cranial protection. Will help keep the bugs off and will help keep you from having a crushed face in a wreck.

Skip the helmet-all that does is keep your head looking good if u crash.
