No comparison at all. Sachin is just the greatest. Even-though Ricky has played some brilliant Innings, but still.
When Sachin was in peak of his form, he averaged (nearly) 70 runs per year, and ricky is now in the peak of his form, he still averages 42 runs per year.
If you compare them after the world-Cup: Ricky is really now (after the WC-2003) at best form of his life, he averages 42.28 runs with 7 hundreds in 88 matches. And Sachin averages 44.81 with 6 hundreds in 53 matches. And at the other hand: Sachin has really struggled after the World-Cup but, is still better than Ricky. So, there it shows the difference.

Ponting is Good but Sachin is atleast a Tick better than Him!!!
