It depends how war is waged. If it is to free the opressed and save women from rape and children from sexual slavery it is necessary. Terrorism is pointless and is conducted by cowards who drop notes and hide. War can be wrong, depending on the cause, and as Sherman said "war is hell", but it is also a liberator.
