aim to get a perfect score, 2400. their mid-range is about 2100-2350, but there's no way to know for sure whether you'll get into a place that selective.
by the way, french club these days is essentially meaningless. it's the classic resume booster and i think everyone ignores it.

Look up Stanford's profile on the College Board website. If your SAT score is in the middle 50% or higher, that is good.
