Can you tell what they are saying?

Maybe you have the Accessibilty feature turned on, which can be used to help the hearing or sight-impaired.

It would help alot, to know what they are saying, in order to make them stop.

But you could just simply, unplug your speakers. That should, definitely, make them stop.

You should also disable Messenger, in Service and Applications. This is not to be mistaken for, Yahoo, or MSN Messenger.

Try the following steps, to disable this feature:

> Right-click on My Computer
> Select Manage
> Click on Services and Applications
> Click on Services, on the left
> Then select Messenger, from the list on the right
> Double-click, to open Messenger
> Click Stop, to stop Messenger Service
> Change Startup Type, to Disabled
> Click OK, and close all windows

Don't be tempted, to stop other services listed here. You could easily render your computer, inoperable.

Depends on what Type of Talking You are Hearing...

If its Mombo Jumbo, then there is a good chance you are receiving some type of Interference locally through your speakers.. This can happen with or without external speaker wires. Try relocating your speakers etc. If you have a Monitor with built in Speakers, it may be too close to your computer...

If it sounds more consistent, then it is possibly many possibilities, hidden ad-ware, media file randomly initiated, and other possible bugs...

If in doubt do a quick scan of your drives.. I recently came across a nice virus and ad-ware program free of charge by avast... see if that helps...
