i'm in a romance mood and i was just curious about how sweet people can really be. so, tell me the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for you.

I think the most romantic thing my husband did was put I love you signs in different places throughout the house. He did this right before he left to go to Iraq for a year. I found signs in my daughters room, my laundry room, my bathroom, in the spare bedroom and when I thought I found them all after he left I opened the refrigerator and there was on in there. Hes a very romantic man. Honestly those signs have kept me going through a long year without him..

One valentines day I had to work late,and got home at midnight.When I walked through the door,he was in a pair of thongs and a black satin robe,lights were dim,and my dining room table was in the middle of the living room with candles on it,along with a new set of plates and glasses I wanted,and my favorite chinese food! Everything I could imagine,it was like a buffet! He took my shoes off for me and had a movie in I had been wanting "sweet home alabama" and we ate together,snuggled on the couch.It was the sweetest thing anyone had ever done for me,and he still suprises me like that every so often.

Well I called my fiance all day one day and he never picked up. So being the smart *** that I am, I wouldn't let it go to the voicemail. So finally around 9pm he still hadn't called me or answered so I called and was just in tears and ready to leave a horribly nasty message. But then on the voicemail message it said something about my temper and listening (I can't remember word for word, but I'm close) to this message. Anyway long story short it had directions on things for me to do and different numbers to call at a certain time which started at 7pm. So I went out and did everything he told me to do and he was waiting for me at an address I had never heard of, and when I got there he had a red carpet laid out and orchids everwhere(I love orchids) and had an outfit laid out for me! He had just finished all the paperwork to purchase the house he sent me to and to celebrate we went to all of my favorite places and ended back our old place where we had probably the most intense and passionate sex ever. It's simple but I love surprises and all I did all night was apologize for all the evil things I had prepared to say to him and he just laughed at me and Asked Me To Marry Him! I'm sure there are way better stories, but I love him so much, just sitting down talking and sharing our lives together is romance enough for me! I'm 21, he's 35, so life is all still an adventure but i get to share it with someone who still finds adventure in life and still has a bit of experience to share with me! Okay now I'm talking too much, I'm done!

my husband is always doing romantic things for me.. but the best was when we first started dating i had a male friend that i chatted with online for a while before we were serious and he was from London, he sent me a dozen roses to my place of work. not to be outdone my now husband, Dan sent me 18 red roses the next day. it was so romantic. needless to say I quit talking to the other man online and ended up marrying Dan.

on our 2nd anniversary:
My boyfriend rented this room similar to a ballroom and we had a dinner for two with candles it was a light dinner. After we finished, we danced to our favorite songs and he cleverly choreographed it to where as soon as I was tired and he seated me our friends came out and systematically dropped their presents at our feet. I was shocked, all the while he just smiled at me. He dedicated a toast to me and the dessert was served to everyone. He was just a good host. We all talked til midnight. and I think that was the best thing because he let our friends free-plan the rest of the evening and he even included our Riley.

i intern at a radio station-on our anniversary my husband called in and sang our song *always and forever, on the air--after that we flew to maui and he had champagne and roses all over the bed---------he wants to take me to japan for our next anniv---i know im lucky hes a babe
