ever hear of the physics law " an object in motion tends to stay in motion"? tourque is the weight of the rotating assy helping the enginge to overcome the next comp cycle as well as the other 2 cycles.
hp usually comes from rpm's tourque from the rotating assy in motion and depending on bore, stroke fuel, comp and barometric pressure as well as a whole bunch of other bla bla.
hp= top speed, tourque= how fast you get there.
