Yes.

Right along the lines of "Who would Jesus bomb?", I am continually amazed by so-called "Christians" who blindly support war (except as a last resort). What sort of Christians support the cluster bombing of civilians or carpet-bombing of roads as civilians are running away from the area of conflict as fast as they can. What sort of Christians embargo a country or otherwise impose sanctions that starve its population, and kill its children. What sort of Christians advocate assassinating a foreign leader because they disagree with his politics. What sort of Christians advocate imprisonment for years without trial, capital punishment, and torture.

Hypocrites.

Evidently, you don't understand the function of leadership and government. They are to protect their citizens, and is a God-given right. They do not "bear the sword" in vain. Romans 13:

The gov't has a responsibility whether you dems want to believe it or not. You'd rather sit back and watch the Muslims slash everyone's throat! Good job!

Nowhere in God's book is it meant for his people to be a door mat to be trampled by immoral people as yourself.

I notice you godless creatures didn't say this when Kosovo was going on. TURN THE OTHER CHEEK, libs! Self-righteous and self-defeating morons!

Love thy enemy means that having loving feelings will bring about loving actions. We must change the way we feel in our hearts before we can turn those thoughts into actions of love for others. Showing someone love in the face of adversity is an example of human kindness.

I strongly believe that any person who would unite themselves with a terrorist organization responsible for thousands of deaths of innocent men, woman and children deserves all the love we can muster.

And what better way to show this love than to give them all the help we can to unite them with their beloved 72 virgins?

You can still love your enemy and kill them at the same time. It is because you love them so much that you kill them. You are doing them a favor by ending their misery.

If you're going to quote Jesus please quote the whole passage.

It is: 'Love thy enemy as thyself.'

But I suppose people who have little self-respect, little moral self-respect, little about themselves to love or have pride in would justify this passage by thinking 'since I don't love myself it's okay to not love my enemy.'

The way you libs read it:

Abort your enemy.

It looks like you need to read more of the scripture and put them in practice.
