Document that phone call time and date, then make a copy of the question you asked. Any information she's obtained via your email or profile will be thrown out of court, as she's obtained it illegally. After I read your last question, there are certain laws regarding invasion of privacy that I looked up. Turns out that any information she's obtained this way is considered inadmissable. One cannot come into court with dirty hands....which means you can't committ a crime in order to provide evidence! I bet she's just going to love that!
Oh, and this is for the Ex, since we all know she's just dying to read these answers....honey, get a life and start taking care of your kids for a change. Chances are, if you were doing what you were suppose to be doing as a mother, he wouldn't be fighting for custody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
