I mean no viruses or no voting B.S, and no lack of games...i want every game listed for the emulators they have.

Well it depends on the system your looking for. I use bittorent to download roms. I usually download rom packs which are anything from 10 - 5000 roms. You need the bittorent program. I know its not a site, but I was in the same position, and I found this works alot better. NES, SNES, N64, SEGA, are all easy to find because the games are small. PS1 games are also fairly easy to find, but their only a single rom, and usually run about 700mb. Again, this is a program youll have to use, but you dont need to vote or anything. Just find the torrent and download.
