I want to stop it before some unsuspecting person(s) falls for it. The email is asking for bank info and giving a promise that they will give me 20 % of the hundred thousand dollars they will receive with my help.

Contact your financial institution; they should have a data security officer that you can forward the message to - they track the email and notate the linked site so that others don't get scammed in most cases. Good looking out for yourself though! It's truly amazing at how many people fall for those.

Call your local Better Business Bureau and they can forward this information to the appropriate source that handles fraud and scam issues.
