Sounds like to me what you are doing is fair for both of you. He picks them up and you go and get them. Do not pick a fight over this cause it is petty. Use the drive home to find out what they did and how the weekend went.

Depends on what the divorce decree says, but if you have been doing this for a while, why rock the boat. Always do what is best for your children, regardless of what the papers say.

I'd say...if you want them back...then you'd better go get them...that is the justification by the courts usually. It's a good concept and it saves him on gas and riled nerves for doing all the driving. It's possible to do it the latter way that youre suggesting, but not fair.

If this agreement is in writing then you have to follow or you will be in violation of the order.

ONLY IF IT OK WITH HIM. I HAVE THE SAME THING AND YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT THE PAPERS SAY, UNLESS YOU OTHER WISE AGREE AND I SUGGEST IF HE AGREES TO MAKE SURE YOU BOTH SIGN A PAPER STATING THAT.
