I'd like to get a great body shape, but without weight-liftinig 'cause I hear that it is bad for my age.

Well. You start with doing sit-ups and such. Take moring-night runs..which ever one works best with your schedule. Try to make your scheldile busy so you don't just eat food. And if the problem is not eating too much, but not getting enough excersise..then start by not doing too mcuh and work up to it. And maybe talk to your doctor if you are that desirable. See a dietitian and get a well balanced, low fat diet; do light-weight training under a licensed, certified trainer (to keep you from hurting yourself). No kidding. It works. Also, take an aerobics class.

u can get a lean body. when u sit sit in a straight perpendicular position with the surface and sit straight and don't bend at all. this will give u a great posture and slowly and gradually ur body will become lean.

i have the same question but i didn't want to waste points but everyone's body is differnt so you need to find what works for you watch that show um..... the biggest loser or something that should give you an idea

try eating healthy and running maybe? do some regular excersizes, it dosent have to be weight lifting
