Robertson tends to stick his foot in his mouth a lot.
He claimed the Purple Teletubby was gay, he blamed 9/11 on gays, I bet if the whole Y2K thing had actually happened he would have said it was a gay conspiracy or something similar.
He's a nut job. I don't believe ANYTHING that comes out of his mouth.

Come on, didn't Jesus say that it would be easier to thread a camel through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter through the gates of heaven?
Than why to all Televangelists beg for money, yet drive the most expensive cars, live in grand mansions, wear the most expensive suits...etc.

Which televangelist was it that said that if he didn't get 80K that God would call him "home?"
What was that money actually for anyway? To pay off his mistress?
Come on.

Personally, I think if you can look at a CHILDREN'S cartoon/show and see homosexual influences, you need help. The reason they said Tinky-Winky (the purple one) was gay was because:
1. Jerry Falwell is a bigot and an idiot
2. He's purple (which is a color of the gay pride rainbow...along with red, orange, yellow, green, and blue. Does that make the others gay too?)
3. Jerry Falwell is a bigot and an idiot
4. Tinky-Winky carried a red handbag which people called a purse. It did look like a purse, but who cares?
5. Jerry Falwell is a bigot and an idiot
6. An upside down triangle symbolizes gay pride
7. Jerry Falwell is a bigot and an idiot

Personally, I'd like to know what he was doing watching Teletubbies in the first place. You are right though. Kids don't see those things, only adults do.

People posting, leave Spongebob out of this...

I think it was bloody well ignorant of Pat Robertson and the rest of them to vilify a children's show. Children love bright colours and simple shapes. Although Teletubbies will put any adult into a suger-induced coma in a matter of a few minutes, little ones love it. Talk about finding dirt where there isn't any.

Get them young.

And keep them away from SpongeBob, OK?
