Neither are healthy. But Sprite may be a little better for you ,only because it doesn't have caffeine.

Honestly, i would not know which is healthier, coke or sprite, but i can tell you this much, i don't drink tea, coffee, water etc, strictly coke from the age of 2 and i am now turning 53. I drink about 3 liters a day, and i can also add that amongst my friends of the same age, most of them are tired old man, apposed to me that is super healthy, fit, and feel and look young, and all the yearly medicals prove that i have no cholesterol, no blood sugar problems etc etc. Maybe i am the oddball out, that i can honestly say that the above is true,,,,,,,,,,,,and yes,,,,,,i don't work for the coke factory hahahahahah

I have always heard Sprite is "safer" than Coke. Besides that, it is even recommended by some doctors when children have stomachache or diarrhea.

Sprite doesn't have caffeine, so it would definitely be healthier than regular Coke.

It is my understanding that your darker colored drinks are worse for you than the clear ones, like Sprite, Sierra Mist and 7Up (old 7Up).

Any drink that contains high fructose corn syrup is going to go straight to your rear end and will eventually give you diabetes.
