Well, the second this bill is signed America is truly dead. It will die to the praises of Cons who just can't see the big picture. Can just one of you Cons READ the law instead of watching FOXNEWS and letting them tell you it's a beautiful thing? Can Americans stop this law or is she too far gone?

I'm sorry to have to break this to you but Democracy died in America in the year 2000 when the Supreme Court appointed the president instead of him being voted in by a majority of Americans.
Since then Bush has done nothing but shred the Constitution every day of the week and he has covered up for the most corrupt administration in the history of America.
Every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie and his supporters are just as guilty of war crimes as he is.

The New World Order is here. Just as the Bible predicted it would be before the return of Christ.
This world is about to change in the blink of an eye. The rapture is going to assault the world.
A mass vanishing will cause the worlds financial system to collapse.
A new one is already ready to be installed.
The national ID card law is about to be enforced.
The United States having lost its economic hold on the world will regain its standing by transferring its power to the European Union by enforcing a global cashless society where no man may buy or sell if he does not have a biometric mark / chip to help combat terrorists.
This will create mass revolt in America which the miltary and police are already prepared for.
Many many FEMA camps are already prepared to receive city size populations of American citizens, and force them to work. Anybody who doesn't could be labeled a terrorist, sent out of the country, and tortured
Now the president can move in and out of anyones life even future candidates or opponents, detain them, without charge, without a lawyer, in another country where rules dont apply and even torture them.
The combination of the world's religion into one will maintain that a person who does not accept the mark will be beheaded.

A little worried about it, but it will be challenged in the courts. Not sure about the courts, don't think they are in a real good mood since there is a special court for wiretapping, that Mr Bush ignored. New bill new rules. Congress probably wasn't happy about having to write a new bill re; torture, so one would have to study the bill and have a lot more knowledge of law than I to even hazard a guess on how a court would view the bill.
