Boxing. A great full body workout, on par with running. You WILL become agile, alert, and active. Or you'll get punched.

You can definitely do this, but it's going to take a LOT of self discipline start out by walking or riding a bike even if its just around the block, start carrying a bottle of water with you and not just for carrying you need to drink the water lol, set your clock alarm to wake you up in the morning and make your self get up even if it''s just to do a quick walk and shower then take a nap if you have too lol start out slow you can do this
good luck

Try a bunch of different things. You're more apt to stick with what you enjoy. Going to a regular class can be good because you make social contacts so you look forward to seeing people there. Set goals and reward yourself (preferably not with food) when you reach them. Good luck.

Join a gym and get out of the house......exercising will give you more energy and you won't want to sleep as much. You could be depressed.

Find something that makes you live for. Nothing motivates ourselves more than wanting to get what we love most, e.g. boy/girl friend, our most favorite hobby, ......
