I want to know if a woman leaves her husband because they can't get along. Does she have to pay him alimony? Please help!!!!!

That depends...does she have a lot of money? Is there a prenup that states this? Has the husband always stayed home? If you've said yes, to any of these, then honey, if he asks for it, there's a good chance he'll get it. If he works and you happen to make more than him, the courts will laugh his sorry butt right out the door while they tell him to get another job if he wants a better lifestyle. It's not a common thing, but it does happen from time to time. I've only seen it ordered four or five times in over ten years of service so the chances are pretty slim. I wish you luck!

in no fault states, alimony is not granted .... in a divorce action, if alimony is granted, then the partner who makes more pays the alimony
alimony is different than child support, totally seperate issue

Depends on the State you live in, but you would not pay much because of the length of relationship
