i sold my xbox, and it had xbox live on it ,and i was wondering if i could put the same account on a different xbox? like a new xbox?

You can use you Live login information on any Xbox as long as it is still active. However, you can only be logged into you account from one Xbox at a time. If your login info is saved on your old Xbox, the person you sold it to may be able to login to your account. Once you login again, be sure and change your password. If you cannot login because the other person is using your account, contact the Live support number; they can lookup your account info and verify that you are the proper owner and give you control of your password again.
