of course because it affect the wildlife (humans aren't the only species with ears ya know!) Wow, I cannot believe i produced such as fantastic answer--thought i was gonna give ya the usual--no just because "nobody" was around. We should avoid being so selfish sometimes....oh wait you did say no one heard it, darn...there goes my genius at work but alas!

Wait, yes, for it WOULD FALL because even if no body was there, if they returned, the tree would not be standing but on the ground--if someone were to return--anyone, b/c humans aren't that special ya no.

No it won't fall. I had a very strange thougth before similar to your question," If I am leaving from my room to go to office and at the very moment I close and lock the door "Would all the things inside my room begin to move around and have life of their own, when nobody is around and nobody see them?" Wierd? I don't think so!!!!

No because everybody knows that trees are primadonna drama queens, which means they will wait until someone is watching before they put on their performance. So, no. If nobody is there to hear it, it will wait or go find somebody to watch them.

Most trees are smarter than we give them credit for. They wait til somebody's around....then they fall.

great question...in stead of falling any way...it would instead fall down but nobody could not determine the direction of the fall.

No. It would sulkingly wait for SOMEONE to come by and notice it. Trees are nature's performance artists, you know.......
