The only way I can describe them is, being little white hairlike things that I find under scabs when the scab falls off. This especially happens with scabs caused from acne. It seems to come out of the hair follicle...but it isn't a hair, because I'm able to pull it apart.

It's probably just fibrin, an insoluble protein involved in blood clotting.
"When an injury occurs fibrin is deposited around the wound in the form of a mesh, which dries and hardens, so that bleeding stops. Fibrin is developed in the blood from a soluble protein, fibrinogen. The conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin is the final stage in blood clotting. If it concerns you, you might see your doctor and ask her, but it's probably just a natural part of the clotting process that created the scab.

Maybe its oil plugs from the pores underneath, causing your acne

those fibers are actually wats rebuilding ur skin, i cant remember the name right now, but they are pretty much wat makes up ur skin
