Why do you think the President controls everything? Bush has nothing to do with it. He cannot issue a Royal Proclamation. The Congress set up the Food and Drug Administration many years ago and gave this agency the power to control prescription drugs in the United States.

His filthy rich pharmaceutical cronie companies want your money so forget it. Even if a Democrat wins the presidency, the Neocons will pressure and hogtie them and the US public like they've done time and time again. (Remember during Hilliary's attempt at a national health plan...there was blood everywhere!) Be prepared to fight smarter next time.
