guitar/bass players i need help.?

does anyone know where i can get just the bridge from a washburn bantam bass or any other way to have a whammy bar on my bass??

A whammy bar on a bass???? I don't think thats recommended. The tension of those thick bass strings may cause the bridge to be yanked off the guitar. I'm a guitar player, not a bass player, but I can't imagine a whammy bar. If it did work it would only be a novelty. Is it worth the hassle?!
