I don't think that's meant for longterm use. Read the label, or call their customer service number and ask BEFORE you try taking it regularly.

I don't know if it would really do any harm. However I'm not so sure I would take it for too long. It's probably not the best viatmin supplement, it just has specific ones that help your immune system. I know vitamin C is water soluable but but airborne has a LOT of it and it's probably not best to keep taking it long term, just maybe during times when you're most at risk for getting sick.

probably, it's not medicine and was put on the market by a schoolteacher not a Dr. or a pharmacist....;)

i take it everyday..i think thats the point if you dont want to get sick.
