I think that we "hope" it's true, and maybe until proven otherwise, why not believe it?
After all, I can truthfully say to my husband that I have NEVER loved anyone like him, because it's true. If he believes me, does that make him gullible? I hope not.
For some, it may not be a line guys are saying just to "get some". For some, it is.
We figure it out eventually.

You never know - if the guy is young enough it may be true...I just generally made it a point to not fall for lines.

I like hearing it. It's a big clue that he's about to lie, is feeling guilty about something, or if he's up to no good.
Actually, all smart women can see through that line. She just doesn't let on.

I would never believe it because a guy saying that to me it would be clear that he lacks life experience and still have some living to do.

I guess they do. It all depends on how the guy delivers that line and how he tries maintaining that consumption or misconsumption for that matter.

actions speak louder than words. they can say that all they want but it is how they act that counts.

nope sure dont but it does let me know that they are either one of 2 things..a future stalker or a liar either way it lets me also know to change my number and move as soon as possible or get a protective order and a gun
