Buy yourself a bottle of vitamin supplement Zinc Percolinate. Take three times the recommended doseage for NO MORE THAN ten days.

This will increase your healing rate by as much as 500%, and will help to minimize scarring.

HOWEVER - A WARNING - ZINC PERCOLINATE TAKEN IN EXCESS WILL BECOME TOXIC - DO NOT TAKE THE MEGADOSEAGE FOR MORE THAN TEN DAYS!!!!

Apply Neosporin (or a brand like that) and use a bandaid to cover the wound, which will help it heal faster. There's also liquid bandage for large area wounds but I don't think that your scratch on the neck is going to need that.

Leave it alone! Don't apply lotions, potions or creams. Your body will take care of it just fine. Be a patient patient.
