My personal favorite topic is the philosophy of time. Some of the traditional questions:
(1) Does time "flow" in the forward direction, or is this only an illusion
(2) If time does move "forward", how is this possible since the laws of physics are time symmetric
(3) Is the future "real" in the sense that the present or past is regarded as "real"
(4) Is time itself "real" or "illusion" (or "subjective", "absolute vs. relative", etc.)

You could argue for example (using a scenario similar to this one), that it is possible to "reverse time", or to argue that the forward direction of time we experience is not the only "objective" possible direction that time has.
