I cant play on line games or view a web cam..I have dsl and all the fire walls cut off?

when i try to play games ..it tell's me I have a stell page or i am behine a fire wall..Well I have cut off all the fire wall's but it still says the same thing..i use yahoo the computer is a hp,,and it has windows xp..

U should get comcast it is so much better than DSL, i have never been kicked or have trouble getting on.
