their was trade talks all last year about Rebeiro and i seen it coming, Boullion is out for 2 to 3 months and that's why we went after a D-man. and its good that we got a veteran D-man. Souray is there to stay he has no worries.

Addition by subtraction Ribeiro was soft and a floater. Goodbye.
Even so the players you mention are marginal at best. It's looking like that 13-yr drought is going to continue until Gainey sees you need a Mike Modano type like he had in Dallas. Guy Lafleur...hell, Vinny Damppussy or even Stephane Richer or Clod seems so long ago.

Much as l liked Ribeiro, it had to be done. The d-corps was very thin and something had to be done to shore it up.
Souray isn't going anywhere, they need his veteran leadership.

Montreal had to get rid of him cuz he's cocky. Another D for Montreal because Souray's health is always questionable.

Good riddance, Rebeiro was just an average player which had a one year wonder.
Souray is not going anywheres.

I like Ribeiro. He's still young. I wish he was not traded.

Honestly, I think abosultely nothing of it since I don't follow hockey that much. I like it when I watch it though, but I wanted to be honest.
