To have one in a vehicle and to be pulled over for any infraction can result in a ticket for open container even if the container is bone dry.

I have to admit- I just threw one in my car trash- it was an E&J bottle of brandy we drank. I originally put it under my seat but it was empty. So i fnally threw it in the big trash in the back....lol. I havent emptied it yet.... lol
