There was this guy, who stumbled all the way to his car, exiting a bar, while the police down the street watched, all the other patrons left the bar but the cops set their eyes on the stumbling man as he slowly backed up and drove off. The cops pulled him over and were surprised to see that he passed the sobriety test. When asked by the cops what he was up to, he answered " I'm the designated decoy tonight."

b/c u can drive if ur SOBER...u just have to wait till u rnt drunk nemore to drive...the only thing is everyone abuses the privlage to have parking lots...we live in a society with a bunch of drunk apes...thats my oppinion.
