did you go to a college where your GPA and ACT were lower than their requirements?

no. many colleges will let you in if you have one or the other below requirements, but i doubt they will let you in if both are below. it really depends on how many applications they are getting.

Sometimes colleges will let you in even if your scores are lower than required... Currently I am working at a University where alot of future students apply with below the required amount... My University bases their decision on the essay, personal statement, and letters of recommendation... If your school requires any of these... make them great, and you will have a shot at getting in, but don't get your hopes up... Study hard, and retake the SAT / ACT... Alot of time the 2ed 3rd or even 4th time around you will do significantly better t\on these exams...
