Great question.
Years ago, people shunned interracial relationships, and now, it's more accepted.
Marriage is a lifelong commitment of love between two people. If a gay person meets his or her soul mate, why can't they make a commitment?
It is not right for people to judge others on how they choose to love. I say let each man and woman live how they choose. It is not up to us to choose how other people live their lives.
Gay marriage should be legal, and committed couples should be entitled to all the same rights as heterosexuals.

gay marriages are perfectly fine. Now yeah, the Bible says it should be Man and Woman, and yeah, i follow the Bible, and yeah my "religious" values tell me no, that's not how it's to be. It's much different, though, looking at it as a, should it be legal, standpoint. Yes, it should, because the whole country can not be forced into what the Bible says is right or wrong, because that's not our country. It is to be free of belief. The whole country is not Christian, thus, they shouldn't be bound by Christian belief. That is why gay marriage should be perfectly legal.

With all the other things that people could be worrying about in this world, we spend all of our time, wasting it on whether gays should get married or not. I personally don't care who gets married and to who they get married to, as long as they love each other, what they do with who they do it with is their business! Just my opinion but I say, "More power to them!"

I think it's wrong....but then I think all marriage is wrong.
If fact, I can't understand why all the fuss from gays. They can't join the military and go to war and they can't get married....hell sounds like they got it made to me!

I don't think it's right that they get tax breaks and medical insurance coverage. If that's the case, then I think I should be able to let EVERYONE in my household have my medical insurance and use EVERYONE as a tax deduction. Including the dog.

Who cares ? The only reason the Govt. cares is two reasons. Loss of votes from religious right wingers .. and loss of tax money .. it's more expensive tax wise if you are single. It's all about votes and money. Good Luck! :)

I feel if you are happy with the person you are with right now, it shouldn't be a problem or any issues.
