Better just not to drink if you're in a situation where you would have to lie about it, which - if you're old enough to drink legally - really shouldn't be an issue.

Eat something. It should absorb some alcohol. Then brush and rinse with mouthwash.

Use listerine and if you can avoid it, don't drink alcoholic beverage in the first place.

just use some mouthwash, pop a couple breath mints, chew some gum, put some eye drops in your eyes and pray you don't get caught!
