Simply put, if the owners are Asian in descent, they usually only trust other Asian people in their businesses. Also, many Asian restaurants be it Japanese, Chinese, Thai, etc. are family-owned and so relatives/friends of the family get jobs first. Finally, one aspect of ethnic restaurants is that if there's a clientele of people from that ethnicity (i.e. Chinese people going to Chinese restaurants), then it would help if the servers speak the language of the customers... while it's relatively easy to find Asian people who can speak English okay enough to serve food, it's not so easy to find people from other ethnic groups who speak Chinese.

Because they usually import them form Japan, China, etc... what they do is charge the families to bring their son or daughter to the US, the HAVE to pay off the debit that their families paid to get them here. Once they do.... they continue to stay and then send the money home to their families (who of course are poor)

If they have Oriental workers, people have more confidence that the food is authentic.

it is in simple terms yet another ridiculous rumor human beings unfold because of the fact they are terrified of what's diverse. I mean, it rather is accessible for American eating places like McDonald's to serve dogs without absolutely everyone noticing. it rather is basically a stupid thought, isn't it?
