I think it's called 'New York, New York' and either the band or the record label is called 'Red Dragon'? or something Dragon... I've got the 12inch remix in my closet but there's no way I can get to it tonight :-( There's no singing, just cool music and the chorus goes, like you said, in a guy's voice "...new york, new york..." And then it does this thingy with the drums crashing and then the other music kicks back in and then I believe the guys 'does' say other things? Man, let me see if I can get to it...lol
