Honestly, I don't think he's all that good looking... But I thought he was super funny in That 70's Show & his performance in The Butterfly Effect was amazing. I love that movie.
So to answer yer question more directly, I think he's talented. He's definitely not the best actor in the world, but he's got talent...

I think is slightly talented as an actor, but he is very handsome. He probably has more charm than talent.

he's not really the best actor. watch his preformances in Cheaper by the Dozen. Not so wonderful.
