Human brain due to other factors cannot remember where we put certain things even an hour ago. We will start looking for it in a certain spot where we usually think it should be. But we may not find it at that spot. Then we think we lost it or cannot find it or someone took it or it is gone we will find it later and get frustrated and might give up which will cost us time and money at times.

You are not alone in this! On small such missing things we donot panic. But , if it is passport or a document we panic and completely stress out. Some how , in Southern India, the elders of yester years seem to have thought of even this and they have ( as is common in India) made a female God responsible for this help.
"Arakkasu amman" is the name of the Indian God. Don`t laugh. don`t redicule. Don`t rationalise. Whenever we lose something and we search, before we give up we always pray to "Arakksu Amman" for help. pronto! . We get it1.

You try it. it is no joke.

Try To get a little more organized, put the things in the same spot every day, u will get used to it and then u will always know where to find it.
I had the same problem, and since i started doing that the problem went away.
i heard some where that if u repeat in Ur head for 30 min. that it will help u remember stuff.
take care....

The answer to this question.... I have used this continually in my life with much success.
Say to yourself. "the object" (what you are looking for) is found.
for example, "my glasses are found. " I have found my glasses.

This really works. One time I was camping and I lost a small gold unicorn earring . I repeated " my earring is found" and I found the earring ! in the dirt. ! I use this method a lot.
