The question is too vague but maybe this helps. The common frogs for sale in the pet trade are the dwarf frog and the albino frog and brown frog. The dwarf frog gets no bigger than a dime and likes blood worms. It will also eat tiny fish like fry and neons.
The albino and brown frog get the size of at least an egg and will eat anything that fits in their mouth. It is recommended a full hood is kept on the tank at all times and keep the temperature consistent at about 75-80 or the frog will escape be found mummified somewhere in the home. If for some reason you do not want the frogs when they become bigger, find someone to give them to and don't release into the environment because the slime on the larger ones is not good for the native newts and salamanders in the U.S. The larger frogs are content eating pellets, flakes and bloodworms.

They can get as big as the tank will let them. If they are in a 10 gallon tank then they might get 2 inches.

Well, we bought two tiny ones about two years ago. One died about three months after we got him. The other one is now fairly huge...about the size of my open hand. I don't really know how much bigger he will get but I know he loves blood worms.
